  2. Scope and quote

    We confirm fit, define the deliverables and send a fixed quote.

  3. Agreement

    Work begins under a written services agreement. You keep full ownership of your work.

  4. Delivery

    Finished files on the agreed schedule, with one round of revisions included.

Services are not acquisitions

Hiring Hatchling Media for services does not mean we will acquire, license, co-produce, publish or represent your property, and buying services never improves a project's chances of acquisition. We never charge a fee to consider a project.

Unsolicited submissions

Hatchling Media does not accept unsolicited pitches, manuscripts, artwork or IP for licensing, co-production or acquisition. Unsolicited materials are not opened or reviewed, and sending them creates no confidential relationship or obligation on our part. Service clients share project materials only after a services agreement is in place.
